Doron Dekel has a long track record of successfully leading the development of many pioneering medical visualization and surgical navigation products. Amongst them (with year of first clinical use): The first interactive medical 3-D visualization system (1985); the first real-time medical 3-D visualization system (1987); the leading 3D workstation for CT and MRI (1990); the first commercial surgical navigation system (1992); the most successful multi-modality multi-vendor medical imaging software framework (1992); the first user-programmable workflow UI in CT/MRI scanner consoles (1995); free-hand real-time ultrasound 3-D reconstruction (2000); volume rendering engine for consumer PCs (2000); first visible light optical pose tracking system (2004); high-performance CPU-based volume rendering engine in wide use (2004); first perspective CT colon flattening algorithm (2004); automatic detection of colon polyps (2005); full body CT atlas registration (2007); .NET-based multi-modality visualization, segmentation, registration and navigation framework in wide use (2008); the most compact and affordable ENT navigation system (2013); the most accurate and easily usable dental navigation system (2013).

Claudio Gatti is a medical technology entrepreneur with a long experience in the industry. He is a hands-on executive, that combines a deep understanding of technology with market and clinical insight. He has envisioned, designed, and led the implementation of several widely used distributed image management systems in the medical imaging space over the years, including Philips Brilliance Portal, IBM/Merge EyeCare PACS, and Nikon OptosAdvance. Mr. Gatti served as CEO of Claron Technology Inc, a predecessor to the Company, from the founding in 2001 up to the sale of the Enterprise division to Lexmark in 2015. After the sale, Mr. Gatti joined Lexmark, as Chief Technology Officer, Visualization. Mr. Gatti rejoined ClaroNav as Co-CEO in 2018 after completing the successful integration of the Claron Technology division in Lexmark. Prior to that Mr. Gatti was VP of R&D at Withinsight Inc. in 2000. Before becoming an executive, Mr. Gatti held senior technical roles at multiple companies including as Rendering Engineer at Alias Wavefront, Software Architect at Cedara Software Corp.

Ahmad has over 15 years’ experience in development, regulatory clearance, sales and marketing of surgical navigation systems. He started his career as a software developer focusing on developing stereo vision tracking device and extended it to developing software and hardware for surgical navigation systems. From 2010 to 2013 Ahmad worked with OEMs to develop navigation systems for ENT and neurosurgery. Since 2013, Ahmad has focused on developing Navient surgical navigation systems and obtaining regulatory approval for Navient in the U.S., Europe, China, Korea, Brazil, among other jurisdictions. Ahmad has attended hundreds of ENT and Neuro surgeries world-wide and gained clinical experience essential for the Navient product development.
Ahmad is the CEO of CKI leading all aspects of Navient product development since 2016, including building a global network of distributors.
Ahmad has a Math-Science background and graduated with master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with focus on Robotics and Control Systems. Ahmad is a member of Professional Engineers Ontario.
